Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer interaction

• Familiarity with sales administration processes and basic data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service with understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information
