Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns for global brands. You will own campaigns post-sale, coordinate with creators, clients, and internal teams, and ensure successful delivery from onboarding to final reporting.

The role requires strong project management, exemplary client-facing communication, and the ability to manage 25–45 concurrent campaigns across different markets and time zones.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong Project Management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2).

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of client relationships immediately after new campaigns are closed by the Sales team.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service.
• Present campaign timelines, progress updates, and performance results professionally and confidently.
• Manage client expectations while ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Coordinate campaigns across multiple international time zones and time-bound milestones.
