Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a seasoned Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns for global brands. This fully remote role manages post-sale campaigns across multiple creators and time zones, coordinating with sales, talent managers, and internal teams.

You will own end-to-end campaign execution, reporting, and optimization, balancing high-volume portfolios while delivering outstanding client experiences and strategic guidance.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong Project Management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume campaign portfolios.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different departments.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable coordinating projects across multiple international time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of client relationships after new campaigns are closed by the Sales team.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Present campaign timelines, progress updates, and performance results professionally and confidently.
• Manage client expectations while ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
