Political Asylum Lawyers in Houston, TX seeks a Referral Program Manager to strengthen client relationships and grow our practice through a structured referral program from Argentina. You will collaborate across the firm to ensure high-quality support and enduring client connections.

The role requires bilingual Spanish-English capabilities, CRM experience, and a collaborative, outcome-driven mindset to expand our professional network and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients or partners.
• Warm, confident communicator comfortable with outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Relationship Program with intentional check-ins and milestones.
• Drive a structured client referral initiative and tracking.
• Manage the Team 100 Referral Ecosystem with partner data and cadence.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly Partner Newsletter updates.
• Build dashboards and report referral activity and trends.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on referral performance.
