You will lead client-care touchpoints, a structured referral program, and a Network Ecosystem to sustain engagement and results. You’ll collaborate across the firm, with a focus on Spanish and English communications, CRM use, and sensitive information handling.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients or partners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship program with check-ins, milestones, and care.
• Build and manage structured client referral initiatives.
• Nurture Team 100 Referral Ecosystem and partner data.
• Provide regular dashboards and reports on referrals.
