Job summary

Fiesta Health LLC is seeking a remote Client Onboarding Specialist. You will guide families from referral to enrollment, primarily by phone, collecting information, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, experience in healthcare or service onboarding, and strong communication skills. A training and growth path includes building onboarding processes and leading a small team over time.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) - required.
• Experience in a phone-based outreach, intake, scheduling, or onboarding role, ideally in healthcare.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on calls with families.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for families from referral through enrollment.
• Conduct outreach to collect information and documentation for each case.
• Explain and guide insurance verification, authorization, and documentation.
• Schedule, confirm, and remind about appointments.
• Identify and resolve barriers delaying service start.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Help document onboarding processes and aid team growth.
