You will handle inquiries across insurance sales, benefits administration, and general accounts, while identifying sales opportunities via outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills; bilingual preferred.
• Familiarity with sales administration and analysis of client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration desirable.
• Excellent customer service with HIPAA awareness for handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity.
• Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients via various communication channels.
• Handle client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and solutions with clients to meet their needs within company policies.
• Support sales administration tasks such as processing documentation, updating records, and tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and recommend tailored solutions.
