Job summary

Fiesta Health LLC is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist for a remote, full-time/independent contractor role. You will guide families from referral to enrollment, primarily by phone, answering questions and coordinating information and appointments.

You will build trust, remove obstacles, and help create scalable onboarding systems as the team grows, including contributing to playbooks and training materials.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in a phone-based outreach, intake, scheduling, or onboarding role, ideally in healthcare or a service-based industry.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone with clients or families.
• Natural problem-solver with sound judgment and creative obstacle-removal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, empathetic, family-first approach.
• Familiarity with health insurance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for families from referral through enrollment, guiding them by phone.
• Conduct proactive outreach to collect information needed to move each family’s case forward.
• Explain insurance verification, authorization, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, and manage rescheduling.
