EMERSE is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to support coaches and clients across engagements. This remote role follows US Eastern Time hours and combines project management, client administration and sales support. You will keep the CRM current, prepare contracts and decks, monitor renewals and NPS, and help improve processes.

Formación

• Experience in coordination, project management or professional services support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to run several engagements at once.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fluency with CRM systems, project trackers and content platforms.
• Proactive mindset and high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Keep Membrain CRM current with each client's journey, renewals, spend and NPS.
• Onboard and renew clients; monitor health as the trusted contact.
• Run NPS surveys and track client satisfaction.
• Track program results and generate actionable reports.
• Prepare and edit sales decks, proposals and contracts.
• Prepare engagements with coaches: boards, playbooks, evaluations.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics and client communications.
• Own engagement administration and content updates.
• Keep dashboards and reporting up to date with coaches.
• Create and maintain client playbooks; act as Playbook Champion.
• Improve templates, processes and delivery tools.
• Know EMERSE products well enough to field client questions.
