IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive oversight on global projects in LATAM with remote work options. You will mentor teams, ensure protocol compliance, and coordinate with clinical operations to optimize speed and quality.

The role requires a strong background in clinical monitoring, leadership and English proficiency, supporting multiple projects while maintaining regulatory standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Identify risk and propose mitigation strategies within the study management framework.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources.
• Develop and apply study management plans and RBM tools to ensure data integrity.
