Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• 2+ years in a lead role with strong English communication.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team across global projects.
• Oversee clinical deliverables and IP management for studies.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Develop analytics strategy and monitoring plans.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant.
