You will lead a global Centralized Monitoring team, align with project and clinical leads, ensure delivery per contract, and optimize speed, quality, and cost under IQVIA SOPs and guidelines. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, plus 3+ years in remote clinical monitoring and 2+ years in a lead position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 3+ years of remote clinical monitoring experience.
• Experience in lead roles and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global projects per protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
• Perform unblinded clinical oversight and IP management, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, central monitors, and coordinators).
