Agileengine is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive delivery, quality, and efficiency across global projects. The role combines leadership of the Centralized Monitoring team with oversight of clinical deliverables under IQVIA SOPs and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop action plans based on trend analyses.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools, including triggers/thresholds.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
