Agileengine seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) for LATAM. The role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure project objectives are met per contract, while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, manage global project resources, and contribute to analytics strategies and monitoring plans. Strong English and leadership skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English required.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project and clinical leads to meet contractual objectives.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when required and manage IPs, risk mitigation and regulatory considerations.
• Oversight of study metrics, trends, and action plans across global projects.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure study documentation and eTMF readiness.
