Wn Hub seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive delivery of clinical monitoring activities across global projects from a remote location. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure quality, speed and cost efficiency in line with IQVIA SOPs and contractual objectives.

The role requires leading a team of CRAs and monitors, overseeing risk management, study metrics, and RBM tools, while communicating effectively with sponsors and cross-functional teams in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced command of English is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead teams and work across multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, managing IP and risk mitigation strategies.
• May serve as Clinical Lead during unassigned studies or project close-out.
• Manage project resources including CRAs, central monitors, and coordinators.
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop action plans for improvements.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and RBM tooling for trials.
• Attend study team and client meetings and support continuous process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure documentation and audit readiness.
