Halaxia is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote. The role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure project objectives, quality, and cost targets align with sponsor contracts while following IQVIA SOPs.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead with IP management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
• Develop study analytics strategies and RBM tools; support monitoring strategy development.
