IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote, to partner with the project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives under IQVIA SOPs. The role oversees the centralized monitoring team across global projects, ensuring quality, speed, and cost efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global assigned projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; contribute to analytics strategy.
• Attend study team and client meetings; provide inputs to decision makers.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation and keep the project Audit ready (eTMF).
