IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for a remote role. You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines across global projects.

Responsibilities include leadership of the team, risk identification and mitigation, allocation of resources, and development of monitoring analytics strategy, study management plans, and RBM tools. Strong English required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies (IP management, study alerts, etc.).
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools, templates, and plans.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness of study tools and templates.
