Bluelightconsulting seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote. You'll partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives, ensuring speed, quality and cost efficiency per IQVIA SOPs.

You will oversee the monitoring team, manage global resources, and contribute to analytics strategy while maintaining compliant documentation and mentorship to junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when required, manage IP and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, staff).
• Develop monitoring strategy, RBM tools, and study-specific templates for quality and compliance.
• Provide input to study teams and support continuous process improvements.
