Bluelight Consulting, Llc seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives while aligning with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements across multiple global projects.

You will oversee the Monitoring team, supervise CRAs/monitors, drive study metrics, and mentor junior staff. Strong English, organization, and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a lead role with strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global projects.
• Collaborate with project and clinical leads to ensure protocol compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and manage study metrics and risk mitigation.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness per IQVIA SOPs.
