Bluelight is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, available as a fully remote opportunity. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost, following IQVIA SOPs and practices.

Responsibilities include leading the centralized monitoring team across global projects, managing resources, and contributing to analytics strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when assigned to a study; manage IP and related regulatory tasks.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy, RBM tools, and study management plans to ensure data integrity and quality.
