Bluelight seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote) to partner with project and clinical leads and deliver study objectives per contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the monitoring team, risk management, trend analyses, and collaboration with study teams and clients. Remote LATAM work supported by global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations; strong English skills (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities, including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, CAMs).
• Develop and implement monitoring strategies, RBM tools, and trend analyses.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure documentation quality and audit readiness.
