IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with advanced command of English.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery.
• Coaching, influencing, negotiating and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed; manage IP and regulatory tasks.
• Allocate and oversee project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring staff).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis; develop action plans.
• Support monitoring strategy development including triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings to share updates.
• Provide inputs for process improvements and issue escalation.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools; ensure study tool documentation is complete.
• Maintain audit readiness and eTMF oversight.
• Mentor junior staff.
