IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive remote global project oversight from multiple LATAM locations. You will collaborate with project and clinical leads to meet study objectives, adhering to IQVIA SOPs and balancing speed, quality, and cost of delivery.

The role emphasizes team leadership, RBM-based analytics, risk mitigation, and strong English communication. You will mentor staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams on global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs and regulatory needs.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to the study.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project resources.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools and templates.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness.
