IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, oversee clinical deliverables, and work with project and clinical leads to meet contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

Responsibilities include developing monitoring strategies, RBM tools, trend analysis, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring audit-ready documentation across global studies. English fluency and strong leadership are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site CRA experience with knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• To lead team and effectively work in team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs, and project plans.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Act as Clinical Lead when not assigned and manage project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/Central Monitors/Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; monitor study metrics and trends.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and participate in client meetings.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness across studies.
