Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will gather requirements, validate briefs, and lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and external partners.

You’ll manage the marketing calendar, be the primary client contact, and oversee day‑to‑day campaign operations from setup to optimization. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and client implementations is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and SFMC.
• Experience with new client implementations.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Client-facing experience; agency or corporate in-house background.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build begins.
• Validate briefs for completeness: audience, content, offer, timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and partners.
• Own the marketing calendar; track milestones and risks.
• Serve as primary client contact for campaign status and escalations.
• Handle day-to-day operations: setup, trafficking, QA, optimization.
• Manage deployment: audience data, segmentation, scheduling, sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain docs.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning and execution.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve workflow.
• Develop campaign documentation and client work instructions.
• Escalate risks proactively to avoid missed SLAs.
