Job summary

You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and support teams to craft compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years in business development or sales in South America.

Responsibilities

• Expand customer base into new segments and markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion in new regions and industries.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and support to craft value propositions and collateral.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in food processing and industrial markets.
• Develop and oversee a strategic business development plan to hit sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through branding, lead generation, and networking.
• Collaborate with product/technical teams to create compelling proposals addressing client needs.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms to close deals.
