Pencil is building the AI Operating System for marketing, enabling advertising teams to move from concept to live campaigns quickly while maintaining brand control. We seek a technical creative lead who designs agentic workflows, governs governance, and delivers high-quality, scalable advertising assets using GenAI tools.

Formación

• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini etc.
• Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection and prompting.
• Experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong written English and clear client communication.
• Preference for candidates with agency experience.
• Access to reliable computer with fast internet (≥40 Mbps).
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude toward GenAI in creativity.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
• Conduct workflow audits and capability assessments.
• Identify GenAI, agents, or automation opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, or scale.
• Translate operational challenges into technical implementation plans.
• Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems.
• Develop scalable frameworks supporting multiple brands, markets, and channels.
• Govern and ensure quality and reliability of deployed systems.
