Pencil is building an agent architect role focused on designing the brain of Pencil—the multi-agent, AI-powered creative platform that handles brand-specific stories across text, image and video. You will bridge creative intent and machine execution, leading discovery with clients and decomposing business problems into scalable agent workflows.

This is a client-facing technical role requiring clear communication with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ Years of Direct GenAI Experience with GPT-4, Claude, Gemini
• Systems thinking and architecture experience
• Comfortable with Python, JSON, and API docs
• Experience leading discovery with customers and turning briefs into technical solutions
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows for Pencil's SaaS platform
• Lead discovery sessions with clients and decompose problems into agent architectures
• Balance prompting, RAG, and fine-tuning decisions with stakeholders
• Develop reusable agents and prompt libraries for scale
• Collaborate with AI Engineering and Product teams to determine architecture decisions
