AgileEngine is seeking a Product Architect to own technical direction across its product portfolio. You will design scalable architectures, translate requirements into practical designs, and uphold engineering best practices while staying current on AI-assisted development.

You will work closely with Product Management to align architecture with roadmaps, mentor teams, and drive improvements in development processes and tooling, all while delivering high-quality software remotely.

Formación

• Excellent English verbal and written communication; able to translate complex concepts
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with architectural/leadership exposure
• Experience with software testing products, including TestRail
• Strong background in software architecture patterns, system design, and APIs
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and emerging AI workflows

Responsabilidades

• Develop scalable, maintainable architectures aligned with product goals
• Guide feature implementation and ensure engineering best practices across codebase
• Assess technical delivery for adherence to standards
• Improve development processes, tooling, and workflows
• Collaborate with Product Management on roadmaps, requirements, and releases
• Identify gaps in end-user experience and propose solutions
• Estimate development effort, prioritise tasks, and propose alternatives
• Provide hands-on support for escalated customer issues
• Stay current with AI-enabled development trends and assess applicability
