Blockchain.com is seeking a Compliance Analytics Associate to join the Americas Compliance team. You will define and implement on-chain monitoring and travel rule strategies, investigate Chainalysis alerts, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate workflows for transaction monitoring and case management.

The role offers exposure to complex financial crime investigations, regulatory requirements, and modern compliance tech, with opportunities to influence the crypto compliance

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, KYC, Transaction Monitoring or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Chainalysis KYT and blockchain transaction investigations.
• Experience conducting KYC/CDD, EDD and transaction monitoring reviews.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency transactions and crypto-financial crime typologies.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement on-chain monitoring and travel rule framework and strategy.
• Investigate Chainalysis alerts and determine next steps based on customer profile and activity.
• Develop and refine transaction monitoring rules, thresholds and risk indicators.
• Identify emerging crypto financial crime typologies and support monitoring controls.
• Ensure travel rule compliance by collecting and transmitting required data.
• Provide guidance and informal training to Compliance team on Chainalysis and blockchain investigations.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to design automated workflows around monitoring and case management.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for developers.
• Assist in automating repetitive blockchain investigations.
• Utilize AI/LLM tools to speed up investigation write-ups and typology research.
