Blockchain in Buenos Aires is hiring a Compliance Analytics Associate to strengthen on-chain monitoring and sanctions controls. You’ll work under the Americas Head of Compliance, supporting AML, CTF, and blockchain investigations with Chainalysis, Notabene, and AI-enabled tooling.

The role requires collaboration with Product and Engineering to automate workflows and improve investigations. You’ll assess wallet activity, establish risk indicators, and ensure travel rule compliance while shaping

Formación

• 3+ years in Compliance, AML or Financial Crime.
• Hands-on Chainalysis KYT and blockchain investigations.
• Experience with KYC/CDD/EDD and transaction monitoring.
• Understanding of crypto tech and financial crime typologies.
• Ability to design rule-based controls and risk indicators.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate blockchain activity using Chainalysis and assess risk.
• Develop and refine transaction monitoring rules and thresholds.
• Ensure travel rule compliance across data transmission needs.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to automate workflows.
