Blockchain is seeking a Compliance Analytics Associate to join the Americas Compliance team in our Palermo office. You will define and implement on-chain monitoring, travel rule strategy, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to automate workflows for transaction monitoring and blockchain investigations.

You will use Chainalysis to investigate wallet activity, review sanctions exposure, and support development of risk indicators and monitoring rules.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, KYC, or related role.
• Experience with Chainalysis KYT and blockchain investigations.
• Experience conducting KYC/CDD, EDD and transaction monitoring reviews.
• Experience investigating financial crime alerts and documenting evidence-based conclusions.

Responsabilidades

• Use Chainalysis to investigate wallet addresses and transaction histories.
• Define controls for sanctions exposure and high-risk activity.
• Investigate alerts and determine next steps based on customer profiles.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to automate workflows around monitoring and case management.
