Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end data visualization projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic decision-making through analytics.
The role emphasizes autonomous data modeling, storytelling, and a proactive, results-driven approach in a remote-friendly environment with flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SQL development experience.
- 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrating models to Streamlit.
- Hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad hoc analysis.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decisions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Validate data sources for accuracy and reliability.
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and provide strong service.
- Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders.
