AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills and ownership of manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. The role focuses on building regression tests, validating releases, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure quality across the SDLC, work with AI tools in QA, and participate in on-call rotations while enjoying flexible, hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO/Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their output.

Responsabilités

• Build regression automation scripts supporting core app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Record detailed feature behavior and pass/fail criteria.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
• Maintain automated suites and fixtures in CI/CD environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation and tackle test failures.
