Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Technical Product Implementation Specialist to lead complex customer implementations remotely.
You will configure devices and software, validate deployments, and collaborate with healthcare administrators and IT teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption across diverse environments. The role requires advanced networking knowledge, device troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, CS, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum 4 years in technical implementation, healthcare tech, network administration, field services, or deployment.
- Experience leading customer-facing implementation projects and supporting enterprise software/hardware deployments.
Responsabilidades
- Independently lead customer implementation activities from pre-deployment planning through go-live and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and clear communications with customers.
- Configure, deploy, validate, and optimize Teladoc Health hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues across customer environments.
