Pavago is seeking a full-time Billing & Accounts Receivable specialist to join our remote finance team. You’ll issue client invoices, chase late payments, and keep books current in QuickBooks Online, working US Eastern hours for a Latin American-based role.

You’ll routinely calculate variable fees from contracts and ad spend, apply payments, reconcile accounts, and help streamline monthly closes. Strong numbers, clear English, and disciplined processes are essential for on-time cash flow.

Formación

• Two or more years in billing, accounts receivable, collections or bookkeeping.
• Experience sending recurring client invoices and following up on late payments until they're paid.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and spreadsheets.
• Clear written and spoken English for client communications.
• Full-time, remote role aligned with US Eastern hours.

Responsabilidades

• Run Stripe invoicing every 4 weeks, in advance, ensuring each client is billed correctly and on time.
• Compute variable fees from contracts and ad spend reports to ensure accuracy.
• Chase late payments every 3 working days and escalate quiet clients as needed.
• Apply incoming payments to the correct invoice and maintain the AR aging report.
• Keep QuickBooks Online current and reconcile bank/credit card accounts; prepare files for the accountant.
• Set up new clients in Stripe, prepare final bills for leavers, and document billing terms for consistency.
