Atomic Hr is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and higher campaign performance.

You’ll work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems across a remote LATAM setting in USD compensation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
