Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a senior Amazon FBA Product Strategy Lead to own the strategy and execution for an existing store ready for relaunch.

You will blend product management with hands-on Amazon execution, guiding sourcing, listings, and launch sequences while aiming for profitable growth and scalable operations; remote, US time zones, potential team expansion as growth accelerates.

Qualifications

6+ years of Amazon FBA experience with ownership of product selection, sourcing, and scaling.
Strong commercial and operational judgment in product planning and inventory/fulfillment.
Ability to manage vendor/wholesaler relationships and negotiate pricing/terms.
Experience as a single-threaded owner with high accountability in remote settings.
Proven remote-work experience using collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar).

Responsibilities

Define category focus, product roadmap, and launch sequencing for Amazon.
Source products profitably through supplier discovery, negotiations, landed-cost modeling.
Own listing creation and optimization, including keyword strategy and catalog quality.
Build inventory and fulfillment plans (FBA primary; FBM/3PL when strategic).
Drive margin, pricing, inventory health, and ad efficiency; prepare to hire a small team.
