Pavago seeks an experienced AI Systems Engineer to design, build, and scale production AI ecosystems. You will advance autonomous agent workflows, integrate AI with internal tools like CRM platforms, and implement secure, scalable architectures.

You will collaborate directly with the founder to rapidly turn ideas into working software, delivering robust AI-powered features and high-visibility improvements in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of production software engineering
• Experience building production AI applications
• Experience developing autonomous AI agent systems
• Experience implementing multi-agent workflows
• Strong Python and Node.js development
• Experience integrating LLMs into production software
• Strong memory management for graph/agent memory
• Secure architecture with data segmentation and privacy controls
