AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration. You will design end-to-end agentic systems with a strong focus on security, reliability, and auditability for enterprise customers.

You will mentor engineers, drive production-grade implementations, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to connect agentic capabilities to real outcomes. This hybrid role offers growth and impactful projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a software product development environment.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in JavaScript and React.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on with AI agents or orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, vector search, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong ability to drive code quality with AI coding agents as collaborators.
• Experience using TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS and distributed systems.
• Strong focus on testing, observability, security, permissions, and failure recovery.
• Product-minded with ability to deliver reliable software.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence engineering practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and context management.
• Use AI coding tools throughout planning, implementation, testing, and review.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support, and operations.
• Set standards for agent evaluation, observability, reliability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and turn experiments into production features.
• Build complete, usable products, not just demonstrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and delivery.
