Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing collaborator to drive account-based campaigns and automated workflows with AI integrations. You’ll partner with US sales leaders to execute multi-channel programs and enrich CRM data.

The role emphasizes hands-on automation, data maintenance, and performance reporting to influence revenue and account expansion. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running account-based marketing (ABM) programs in direct partnership with sales or account management teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger-based workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three of: email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail.
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI or LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred; others accepted).
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail with sales ownership.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs: target-account lists, buying committees, enriched records in CRM.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings, opportunities, deals and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and plays beyond core four and scale those that move pipeline.
