Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline and revenue for a AI-powered B2B SaaS platform.

The role is fully remote with US time-zone alignment, and requires hands-on execution across paid media, email, landing pages, and conversion flows. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to optimize funnel velocity, measure CAC and MQL/SQL metrics, and drive experimentation-led growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messaging.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-led programs.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies.

Role Overview

This role focuses on rapid experimentation, funnel optimization, and scalable growth programs across acquisition, activation, and conversion. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution and understands how to market technically sophisticated, AI-enabled solutions to modern SaaS buyers.
