AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our ServiceNow Discovery Engineering squad, focusing on AI architecture for automated troubleshooting. You will design and build AI agents that analyze logs, results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale, with a domain expert providing data and context.

You will integrate Gen AI APIs like OpenAI and Anthropic, implement RAG concepts, and ensure robust testing and guardrails before production changes.

Formación

• Advanced Python development and REST API design experience.
• Experience integrating GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) with a working understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Strong SDLC practices and toolchains (Git/GitHub, Jenkins) with testing, security scanning, release management, and deployment automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents to analyze Discovery logs, results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale.
• Develop agents to classify and correlate failures, troubleshoot, and suggest corrective actions.
• Create data-processing pipelines and API integrations to feed telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate with a ServiceNow domain expert to power AI models with infrastructure data.
