AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join the ServiceNow Discovery Engineering squad.

You will design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, and errors at scale, partnering with a ServiceNow domain expert to power your AI models with the necessary data and context. You will implement API-driven solutions, integrating Gen AI APIs and vector databases, while upholding robust SDLC practices and CI/CD automation.

Formación

• Advanced Python development and REST API design experience.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into apps.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Strong SDLC practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, errors at scale.
• Develop agents to classify failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and suggest corrections.
• Build data-processing pipelines and API integrations for telemetry into AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow domain experts to align data and context for AI models.
