WN Media Group FZ-LLC is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow our partner network globally. The role focuses on recruiting and onboarding affiliates under Revenue Share and CPA models, while managing day-to-day outreach, lead processing, and performance data analysis.

You will coordinate payouts, monitor fraud, and drive new initiatives through online and offline events, leveraging your network in the Forex/finance space.

Formación

• 1+ year in telemarketing, client communications, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Forex or financial vertical experience is a strong advantage.
• Existing network of affiliates/partners in Saudi Arabia or the Philippines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliate partners under Revenue Share and CPA models across Saudi Arabia or Philippine region.
• Conduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting activities.
• Process incoming leads on a daily basis.
• Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with existing affiliate partners.
• Coordinate affiliate payout processes.
• Monitor affiliate activity to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries and provide timely support.
• Initiate and drive new projects aimed at improving and expanding the affiliate program.
• Participate in internal and international events, including meetups, conferences, and business trips (both online and offline).
• Collect affiliate feedback and share valuable insights with the Team Lead.
• Prepare and analyze reports, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
