Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR, invoicing.
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, or audits.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records and spreadsheets.
• Record daily transactions and support balance sheets.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Process invoices and coordinate payments with clients and suppliers.
• Support monthly payroll processes and maintain payroll documentation.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and client use.
• Assist with audits and budgeting activities.
