Job summary

Impulso Media is expanding its Latin America arm and seeks an Account Manager to lead 2–4 Shopify DTC brands for North American clients. You’ll own client relationships end-to-end, run monthly success calls, and coordinate across paid media, email, social, creative, and production teams. Fully remote from Argentina with EST overlap and leadership growth.

Fluency in English, 3–5+ years in e‑commerce, strong marketing fundamentals, and AI fluency are required. Native Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent, confident English, spoken and written, is required.
• 3 to 5+ years in e-commerce, brand or agency side.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing across paid media, email, social, analytics.
• AI-fluent; team uses Claude and other LLMs daily.
• Ability to own cross-functional projects end to end: brief, schedule, deliver, measure, iterate.
• Must overlap with EST work hours (Toronto-based team).

Responsibilities

• Own the full client relationship for 2 to 4 Shopify DTC brands.
• Lead monthly client success calls with agenda and insights.
• Coordinate strategic work across paid, email, social, creative, and production teams.
• Draft campaign briefs, define channel mix, and allocate budgets per client.
• Shape brand-level strategy: positioning, seasonal calendar, campaign concepts.
• Review KPIs across Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify; present roadmaps.
• Mentor a junior account manager on your pod.
• Proactively surface upsell and expansion opportunities (bring the offence).
