Job summary

Impulso Media is hiring a Junior Account Manager to be the operational backbone across 2–4 Shopify DTC accounts, coordinating with paid media, email, social, creative, production, and influencer teams to ensure timely deliverables.

This early-career role offers a clear path to an account manager seat within 12–24 months. You’ll work in English daily, aligned with Toronto hours (9am–5pm ET), in a fully remote setup with LATAM collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent, confident English (spoken and written).
• 1–2+ years of coordination, operations, or digital marketing experience.
• Strong organization and ability to ship on time.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects on time and assets organized across 2–4 Shopify DTC accounts.
• Schedule client meetings, send invites, and draft reports after calls.
• Compile briefs from client inputs for account managers.
• Execute in Klaviyo: build email templates, config flows, and forms.
• Basic Shopify updates: product uploads, copy edits, discounts, theme edits.
• Track deliverables in Asana/Airtable and flag delays to the account manager.
• Coordinate handoffs between teams after briefings.
• Build weekly dashboards and monthly reports with the team.
• Escalate complex issues to the account manager.
