Regions is seeking a part-time Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional service on the cash line and over the phone. You will process transactions, answer questions, and educate customers on digital banking tools to improve financial wellness.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting branch targets, and supporting teammates with operations and risk controls. Weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to assist customers with digital banking offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and handle routine transactions.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, PIN, changes).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their bank needs.
• Educate customers on standard banking products and digital channels (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist team members with routine tasks and resolve customer issues.
